Starting therapy is a big step. Whether you’re here out of curiosity, a specific challenge, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I want to welcome you. This space invites you to slow down, reflect, and grow at your own pace.


In my work, I help individuals and couples explore their experiences, clarify what matters most, and move toward a life aligned with their values. Therapy isn’t about “fixing yourself” because you are not broken, even if it may feel that way at times. Rather, it’s about understanding your emotions, making sense of your experiences, identifying patterns that no longer serve you, reconnecting with your innate resilience, and moving forward in alignment with your values.


For professionals balancing high expectations, parents navigating the complexities of family life, students facing transitions, and couples seeking deeper connection, therapy provides a space to pause, process, and gain clarity. It’s an opportunity to connect with your emotions, receive support and validation, and build greater self-understanding.
